Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pet Utility, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an eligible product, please review the policy below.

7-Day Return Policy

Pet Utility accepts eligible returns and refund requests within 7 calendar days after the purchase date.

The return request must be submitted within this 7-day period. Requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must generally:

  • Be returned within 7 days of the purchase date
  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in its original packaging when reasonably possible
  • Include all original components and accessories
  • Not show signs of misuse, excessive wear, or intentional damage
  • Be accompanied by valid order information

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or video of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging when applicable

Please do not discard the product or packaging until you receive instructions from Pet Utility.

Refunds

Once your return request has been approved and the returned item has been received and inspected, Pet Utility will determine whether the item qualifies for a refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or Pet Utility has otherwise approved prepaid return shipping, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Items returned after the 7-day return period
  • Used or excessively worn products
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling
  • Products missing essential components
  • Final-sale items clearly identified as such at the time of purchase
  • Products that cannot reasonably be resold due to their condition

Certain pet-care or grooming products may have additional restrictions for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible products depending on inventory availability.

If a replacement product is unavailable, Pet Utility may offer an alternative resolution.

Important

Please inspect your order promptly after receiving it. A return or refund request must still be submitted within the 7-day return period beginning on the purchase date.

Pet Utility reserves the right to review each return request individually and may deny requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy, except where prohibited by applicable law.
